ACT 1-Santa's Castle
Scene 1-Cookies and Cocoa
Santa: Ho, Ho, Ho, Mrs. Claus you have done it again. Those freshly baked cookies smell terrific.
Mrs. Claus: I made your favorite, Christmas sugar cookies with vanilla frosting.
Santa: Lets have some hot cocoa and try some
Santa: Buddy, are you done with your toy making today? Come join us for some cocoa and cookies
Buddy: Whew! It will be good to rest a bit after a long day of toy making. Christmas is only a few days away.
The three enjoy a moment of silence while they drink cocoa and cookies
Santa: That’s strange, did you hear that? I think I heard “Dancer” whinny from his stable
Mrs. Claus: Yes, I hear that too
Buddy: Oh, I am sure it is just Dancer looking for some food. I’ll go check on him
Mrs.Claus:I'll go with you.
Santa: I'll stay here and finish these delightful cookies.
Scene 2- Where's Santa?
(Buddy and Mrs.Claus leave the stage to check on Dancer. Santa continues drinking cocoa. A bit too much time goes by before Buddy and Mrs.Claus return)
Santa: I wonder what happened to Buddy and Mrs. Claus.Well at least Dancer seems to have settled down
(Just then two Kidnappers barge into Santa’s Castle. Santa then says is a booming voice)
Santa: What is this?
Kidnapper 1: It’s all over for you Santa. We are going to kidnap you and stop Christmas this year.
Santa: This is an outrage. Why would you do such a thing?
Kidnapper 2: My sister and I will never forget. We were naughty one year and you gave us coal in our stockings. It was the worst Christmas ever. Now, my sister and I want to be sure that nobody gets any gifts this year for Christmas. Ah Ha ,Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha ( Kidnapper 2 says with an evil laugh)
( Just then Kidnapper 1 and 2 grab Santa and pull him off stage. Mrs. Clause is crying. Buddy runs on stage and is in a panic.)
Scene 3- What happened to Dancer?
(The reindeer stables, Dancer is lying on the ground tied up)
Buddy: What happened to Dancer?!
Mrs.Claus: I don't know!
(mrs.Claus and Buddy run over to Dancer)
Dancer:Two woman asked me where Santa was, I told them, thinking that they were fans, but then they pushed me down and tied me up. I think theyre going to kidnap him! Go and find him, before its too late!!!
Buddy: Mrs.Claus, you go and find him, I'll take care of Dancer
Mrs.Claus: Ok!
(mrs.Clause runs to the castle and Santa is no where to be seen, she calls the police)
ACT 2
(Back at Santa’s Castle there was a knock at the door. Buddy answers the door. In come two detectives in white coats)
Detective 1 (Captain Hail): My name is Captain Hail and this is my partner Lieutenant Snow.
Detective 2 (Lieutenant Snow): Now, Mrs. Claus please tell us exactly what happened
( Mrs. Claus, Dancer, and Buddy tell the story of hearing Dancer and the arrival of the two kidnappers.)
Captain Hail: Don’t worry Mrs. Claus we will find out what happened. We will make sure that Christmas happens this year!
ACT 3
( The Detectives are both outside investigating)
Captain Hail: Look, there are footprints in the snow leading to the reindeer stable. Those are way to bid to be from Buddy.
Lieutenant Snow: You are right; let’s follow them.
Captain Hail: Look over there, I see sleigh tracks in the snow.
Lieutenant Snow: Yes, you’re right. And they lead in the same direction as Poleville. Those track definitely do no come from our sleigh.
Captain Hail: Quick, let’s get in our sleigh and head back to Poleville. There’s no time to waste.
ACT 4
Captain Hail: Look over there. The tracks lead to that small cabin.
( Captain Hail and Lieutenant Snow knock on the door of the small cabin. Kidnapper 1 opens the door just a crack. He puts on a big fake smile)
Captain Hail: Sorry to disturb you sir. We are investigating a crime.
Kidnapper 1: A CRIME ! How terrible. What can I do to help
Lieutenant Snow: Can we come in mam?
Kidnapper 1: Why certainly. We were just making some cocoa
Captain Hail: Mam, tonight something terrible has happened. Santa has been kidnapped.
(Just then Kidnapper 2 introduces himself to the police offices)
Kidnapper 2: Hello gentlemen. I am her sister. I could not help overhearing that Santa has been kidnapped.
Lieutenant Snow: That’s right. Have the two of you seen anything unusual tonight.
Kidnapper 1: Not at all. All is calm and quite tonight.
(Just then, Lieutenant Snow heard a loud bang in the closet)
Lieutenant Snow: What was that? I heard a noise from your closet
Kidnapper 2: Oh that is just our cat. It is always jumping and knocking over things.
Captain Hail: If it is all the same to you, we want to have a look inside of your closet. Lieutenant, take a look.
(Lieutenant Snow opens the door and finds Santa with his hands tied behind a chain and a scarf tied around his mouth)
Lieutenant Snow: What is this?
(Captain Hail rushes over to the closet)
Captain Hail: You are under arrest for the kidnapping of Santa Clause. Why in the world would you and your brother do such an evil thing?
Kidnapper 1: We have wanted to do this for years. Santa put us on the “Naughty List”!
Captain Hail: Well, I can certainly see why. You can expect coal in your stockings for a very long time.
(Lieutenant Snow put handcuffs on the Kidnappers and leads them out of the cabin)
ACT 5
(Captain Hail and Lieutenant Snow return to Santa’s Castle with Santa. There is a big knock on the door. Buddy opens the door. The minute Buddy opens the door he sees Santa with the police officers)
Buddy: Santa! It is great to see you!
Mrs. Clause: Santa, you’re back. How wonderful. You are safe and Christmas is saved
Santa: Yes, but only thanks to the great work of Captain Hail and Lieutenant Snow. Without them, there may be now Christmas this year.
Captain Hail: Just doing the job. Just doing the job. No need for thanks.
Lieutenant Snow: Well, it’s time for us to go. You must have many things to do before Christmas.
Santa: Oh yes, I do. In fact, I need to make sure the elves make two very special gifts for both of you. Ho, Ho, Ho! Merry Christmas to all!

Santa: I agree with Makayla.
Kidnapper 2: Santa, shut your mouth!
Kidnapper 1: Don't be mean to him! He didn't do anything wrong!
Kidnapper 2: Yes he did! He gave us coal!

Santa: I think that I should have at least given Makayla presents
Kidnapper 2 puts Santa into the closet knowing that the police were going to come eventually.

Setting: A quite snowy day in Santa's castle at the North Pole. All seems well with Santa, his wife, the Elves, and Reindeer.
ACT 1-Santa's Castle
Scene 1-Cookies and Cocoa
Santa: Ho, Ho, Ho, Mrs. Claus you have done it again. Those freshly baked cookies taste terrific.
Mrs. Claus: I made your favorite, Christmas sugar cookies with vanilla frosting.
Santa: Lets have some hot cocoa and try some
Santa: Buddy, are you done with your toy making today? Come join us for some cocoa and cookies
Buddy: Whew! It will be go to rest a bit after a long day of toy making. Christmas is only a few days away.
The three enjoy a moment of silence while they drink cocoa and cookies
Santa: That’s strange, did you hear that? I think I heard “Dancer” whinny from his stable
Mrs. Claus: Yes, I hear that too
Buddy: Oh, I am sure it is just Dancer looking for some food. I’ll go check on him
Mrs.Claus:I'll go with you.
Santa: I'll stay here and finish these delightful cookies.
Scene 2- Where's Santa?
(Buddy and Mrs.Claus leave the stage to check on Dancer. Santa continues drinking cocoa. A bit too much time goes by before Buddy and Mrs.Claus return)
Santa: I wonder what happened to Buddy and Mrs. Claus.Well at least Dancer seems to have settled down
(Just then two Kidnappers barge into Santa’s Castle. Santa then says is a booming voice)
Santa: What is this?
Kidnapper 1: It’s all over for you Santa. We are going to kidnap you and stop Christmas this year.
Santa: This is an outrage. Why would you do such a thing?
Kidnapper 2: My sister and I will never forget. We were naughty one year and you gave us coal in our stockings. It was the worst Christmas ever. Now, my sister and I want to be sure that nobody gets any gifts this year for Christmas. Ah Ha ,Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha ( Kidnapper 2 says with an evil laugh)
( Just then Kidnapper 1 and 2 grab Santa and pull him off stage. Mrs. Clause is crying. Buddy runs on stage and is in a panic.)
Scene 3- What happened to Dancer?
(The reindeer stables, Dancer is lying on the ground tied up)
Buddy: What happened to Dancer?!
Mrs.Claus: I don't know!
(mrs.Claus and Buddy run over to Dancer)
Dancer:Two woman asked me where Santa was, I told them, thinking that they were fans, but then they pushed me down and tied me up. I think theyre going to kidnap him! Go and find him, before its too late!!!
Buddy: Mrs.Claus, you go and find him, I'll take care of Dancer
Mrs.Claus: Ok!
(mrs.Clause runs to the castle and Santa is no where to be seen, she calls the police)
Scene 4- Hot Cocoa Spill
Kidnapper 1: I'm starting to get a bad feeling about this Ava.
Kidnapper 2: About what Makayla?
Kidnapper 1: Kidnapping Santa! Duh! Maybe we should tell the police.
Santa: I agree with Makayla.
Kidnapper 2: Santa, shut your mouth!
Kidnapper 1: Don't be mean to him! He didn't do anything wrong!
Kidnapper 2: Yes he did! He gave us coal!
Kidnapper 1: We deserved it we were naughty!
Santa: I think that I should have at least given Makayla presents
Kidnapper 2 puts Santa into the closet knowing that the police were going to come eventually.
Kidnapper 1: What are you doing?
Kidnapper 2: I am hiding the evidence.
Kidnapper 1: Stop it! He is innocent.
Kidnapper 2 sees the police coming and pours Makayla's hot cocoa (who doesnt see the police yet) on her so she has to go to the bathroom to dry off and.
ACT 2
(Back at Santa’s Castle there was a knock at the door. Buddy answers the door. In come two detectives in white coats)
Detective 1 (Captain Hail): My name is Captain Hail and this is my partner Lieutenant Snow.
Detective 2 (Lieutenant Snow): Now, Mrs. Claus please tell us exactly what happened
( Mrs. Claus, Dancer, and Buddy tell the story of hearing Dancer and the arrival of the two kidnappers.)
Captain Hail: Don’t worry Mrs. Claus we will find out what happened. We will make sure that Christmas happens this year!
ACT 3
( The Detectives are both outside investigating)
Captain Hail: Look, there are footprints in the snow leading to the reindeer stable. Those are way to bid to be from Buddy.
Lieutenant Snow: You are right; let’s follow them.
Captain Hail: Look over there, I see sleigh tracks in the snow.
Lieutenant Snow: Yes, you’re right. And they lead in the same direction as Poleville. Those track definitely do no come from our sleigh.
Captain Hail: Quick, let’s get in our sleigh and head back to Poleville. There’s no time to waste.
ACT 4
Captain Hail: Look over there. The tracks lead to that small cabin.
( Captain Hail and Lieutenant Snow knock on the door of the small cabin. Kidnapper 1 opens the door just a crack. He puts on a big fake smile)
Captain Hail: Sorry to disturb you miss. We are investigating a crime.
Kidnapper 1: A CRIME! How terrible. What can I do to help?
Lieutenant Snow: Can we come in miss?
Kidnapper 1: Why certainly. We were just making some cocoa
Captain Hail: Mam, tonight something terrible has happened. Santa has been kidnapped.
(Just then Kidnapper 2 introduces himself to the police offices)
Kidnapper 2: Hello gentlemen. I am her sister. I could not help overhearing that Santa has been kidnapped.
Lieutenant Snow: That’s right. Have the two of you seen anything unusual tonight.
Kidnapper 1: Not at all. All is calm and quite tonight.
(Just then, Lieutenant Snow heard a loud bang in the closet)
Lieutenant Snow: What was that? I heard a noise from your closet
Kidnapper 2: Oh that is just our cat. It is always jumping and knocking over things.
Captain Hail: If it is all the same to you, we want to have a look inside of your closet. Lieutenant, take a look.
(Lieutenant Snow opens the door and finds Santa with his hands tied behind a chain and a scarf tied around his mouth)
Lieutenant Snow: What is this?
(Captain Hail rushes over to the closet)
Captain Hail: You are under arrest for the kidnapping of Santa Clause. Why in the world would you and your brother do such an evil thing?
Kidnapper 1: We have wanted to do this for years. Santa put us on the “Naughty List”!
Captain Hail: Well, I can certainly see why. You can expect coal in your stockings for a very long time.
(Lieutenant Snow put handcuffs on the Kidnappers and leads them out of the cabin)
ACT 5
(Captain Hail and Lieutenant Snow return to Santa’s Castle with Santa. There is a big knock on the door. Buddy opens the door. The minute Buddy opens the door he sees Santa with the police officers)
Buddy: Santa! It is great to see you!
Mrs. Clause: Santa, you’re back. How wonderful. You are safe and Christmas is saved
Santa: Yes, but only thanks to the great work of Captain Hail and Lieutenant Snow. Without them, there may be now Christmas this year.
Captain Hail: Just doing the job. Just doing the job. No need for thanks.
Lieutenant Snow: Well, it’s time for us to go. You must have many things to do before Christmas.

Santa stands on the roof of the last State carrying a sack full of presents. Ready to jump in

Santa jumps down the chimney, then falls into a trap.
Kidnapper 1: Mwahahaha!
Kidnapper 1 and Kidnapper 2 high five
Kidnapper 2: (jumping up and down) We did it! We did it! We did it! Revenge!!!
Santa: Sorry to interrupt your partying, but I'm confussed...
Kidnapper 1: Nice try, but we will never forget that awful year.
Santa had a questioning face
Santa: Huh?
K2 Whispers loudly to K1: I really think he doesn't remember...
Kidnapper 1: You... you... you don't remember that year you gave us coal? you fat potato!!!
Scene 2- Away He Goes
Santa: Ohhh! Kids these days... All they can think about is revenge...
Kidnapper 2: Well, is it time Ava?
Kidnapper 1: I think so Mckayla.
Kidnapper 2: May I have the honor?
Kidnapper 1: Go ahead! I'll bring the rope....
K2 silently ties up Santa, around and around him with rope
Kidnapper 1: May I have the great pleasure?

Laughing, K1 stuffs Santa into the closet. Lights dim.
Scene 3- A Worried Mess
Buddy runs into the Claus' house, worried.
Buddy and Mrs. Claus in unison: Have you seen Santa???
Mrs Claus: Oh no! I hope hes okay... HIs cookies are getting cold... He was suppose to be here an hour ago!
Buddy: Oh no! Oh no! Oh no!Santa!?!? Daddy?!?! Where are you??? Oh no!
Buddy pretends to faint, falling on the floor.
Mrs. Claus: I have an idea!
Buddy quickly jumps up, off the floor
Buddy: Yay! An idea! What is it? What is it? What is it?
Mrs. Claus: Well...
Buddy: Hurry up!
Mrs. Claus: I was thinking...
Buddy: OMG! You talk as slow as an old lady!
